- Peace of mind:
In case of a pandemic, new clauses will be added to the cancellation terms and conditions:
- In case of total or partial closure of the establishment during the date of the reserved stay (which is associated with a total or partial ban on receiving guests, as far as the Client is directly concerned by the application of this measure) decided by the Government, and which is not attributable to the Service Provider, the sums paid in advance by the Customer for the reservation of the stay will be refunded within 1 month (excluding reservation and insurance fees).
However, the Service Provider may not be held liable for any additional compensation beyond this reimbursement of the sums already paid for the reservation of the holiday.
- In the event that the Customer is forced to cancel the entire holiday due to government measures that do not allow participants to travel (general or local confinement, travel ban, border closures), even though the campsite is able to fulfil its obligation and welcome the Guests, the Service Provider will provide a credit note corresponding to the sums paid by the Customer, minus the booking and insurance fees which will be kept by the Service Provider. This credit note, which is non-refundable and non-transferable, will be valid for 12 months.
- An upgraded cancellation insurance:
We advise you to subscribe to the Campez Couvert insurance, which this year offers a specific extension “covid 19”, which you will find the details below, without any increase in the fee (3,5% of the amount of the stay). In particular, the insurance covers cancellation costs if one of the participants in the stay is tested positive for covid19 or declared a contact case preventing departure on holiday.

In order to ensure you have a peaceful stay, we have set up a health charter
