Five of our villages are classified in “the most beautiful villages of France” (Eus, Evol, Mosset, Castelnou and Villefranche-de-Conflent).
We also have natural sites (Bouillouses, Nyer Nature Reserve (ENSID), Sea Side Nature Reserve of Cerbère-Banyuls, the lake of Villeneuve de la Raho) the heritage sites of (le Palais des Rois de Majorque, le Prieuré de Serrabona, la Chapelle Notre-Dame des Anges, le Château Royal de Collioure).
At Palau Del Vidre, you can discover Glass Art and visit the Church, which has a very interesting history.
Also: visit vineyards, see local producers, hike in the Albères, go mountain biking, do water sports, sea or river fishing.
The Catalan coast extends from the North of Barcarès to Cerbères and is divided into two parts. The sandy coast extends from the ponds of Salses as far as Argelès, including Barcarès, Torreilles, Sainte-Marie, Canet and Saint-Cyprien.
The rocky coast covers the coast of Racou (the South of Argelès) to Cerbères (Spanish border).
